SPARKS is MCEA’s Leadership Development Program for the Next Generation of Teacher Leaders
SPARKS brings together educators who are within their first five (5) years of teaching
SPARKS provides an opportunity to discuss the triumphs and challenges of being an educator, network with others, learn new skills, and explore opportunities for teacher leadership

To get to know colleagues from around the county
Information about your profession and your union
Provocative discussions about the challenges facing public education and our roles as educators
