2. What is an A+ Answer? (6X)

3. Political
Taxed people because they need wealth -> to build these large and elaborate
Alliances with other civilizations for trade/exposed to other civilizations  buildings look similar to others around the world
Ruler(s):strong/powerful/ organized it takes a lot of people to build these buildings. It takes a strong leader to control a lot of people. The ruler(s) have to be very organized to get people to work together. Heirarchy
People are motivated to work for ruler  because they built this.
Economic
Traded with other civilizations -> no stones in the picture nearby, where did they get it from?
Hunted  they’re in the woods. There are paths to the woods
These are not the only buildings they made  I see paths leading to other areas
Religious
They worshipped a god or gods?  These look very similar to other religious buildings and temples from other civilizations.
Social
There must have been rich people and poor people  High buildings and low buildings , nearness to high buildings (we know from tradition and conventional ways society works)
Intellectual
Most important building, highest, there are also bui
They must have had a written language or a way to transmit knowledge through time/communicate  the buildings are intricate, advanced architecturally
Advanced education -> elaborate
Decoy, war?  because it is prominent in the area and attracts attention
Smart people  good use of geography of flat land

Rains a lot  very green and lush

Sports, entertainment, gathering  building with no roofs, large buildings enough to room a lot of people. No roof no sleep or daily living.

4. Mesoamerican Civilization: Describe the civilization that built the buildings we were examining last week.
There are many things you can find out about the mystery civilization from the buildings they left behind. First, this civilization must have been very wealthy. The buildings are enormous. They are built with stone. They must have had a lot of wealth to get all that stone. The buildings are also on a large plot of land. It takes wealth and power to posses that much land.
