2. The NRP EQAVET in the Netherlands
Carried out by CINOP since 2009
Subsidized by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and European Commission
Advisory group with representatives of relevant stakeholders (VET board, NRTO, Q network of VET providers, JOB, BVMBO, AOB, FNV, VNO/NCW, SBB and inspectorate)
Further developing QA mechanisms in VET in line with EQAVET with special focus on enhancing Q culture
Four parts in working plan :
Enhancing Q culture in close cooperation with stakeholders
Connecting European and Dutch developments and learning from each other
Communication and information for stakeholders
Monitoring, accounting and measuring satisfaction and impact
Schools = Public-funded and non-public-funded
From the age of 16 until 18 students are obligated to attain a starting qualification that is sufficient for entrance at the labor market.

3. European call
Study visits on QA with Sweden and Romania (learning from each other)
Expertmeeting on enhancing Q culture for Dutch representatives of stakeholders (learning from others sectors and each other)
Investigation on impact of the work of Dutch NRP EQAVET

4. Study visits
Learning from each other on issues related to changing labour market en working environment
Three study visits (autumn 2019 the Netherlands, spring 2020 Romania and autumn 2020 Sweden)
Two/three members of organizing NRP’s join all visits
Extra colleagues from other countries are invited and welcome (max fifteen participants per study visit)

5. Study visit autumn 2019
Starting at noon on November 19th and continuing untill on 20th 2019 in the Hague
Topic: reviewing system of QA on system and provider level with specific focus on future proof VET provision and Q of self evaluation
Study on learning from other countries (spring 2019)
Setting program in cooperation with VET board, Q network of VET providers and ministry of education
Back ground paper
Report with lessons learned and recommendations

6. management teams PDCA-Cyclus of QA
The PDCA-cyclus is an important element of QA
Facilitating systems: for the purpose of standards inspection, quality network and benchmark
Dialogue and annual rapport: legislation, qualification files, quality agreements

7. Expertmeeting Enhancing Q culture Representatives from stakeholders
Learning from other sectors and each other
Third expertmeeting (2016, 2018 and 2020)
Program set in close cooperation with Q network of VET providers

8. Investigation on impact
Reviewing and improving to enhance impact of work of Dutch NRP EQAVET
First investigation in 2018
Actions based on results are included in work program
Second investigation in 2020
