2 FIG 1 Modulation of TH2-like lymphocyte-derived cytokines by soluble IL-4R. Baseline bronchoscopy and segmental allergen challenges were performed as described. After 48 hours, bronchoalveolar lavage was performed. CD3+ T lymphocytes were enriched by means of affinity purification and cultured for 4 days with or without the additional presence of sIL-4R.
