Writing Prompt #6
2
Dear New Student, A new student has moved here this week and is just starting Spanish class with us. Help this new student by showing all you know on what we’ve learned so far! Review the content that we have learned and give vital information, hints or tips, and ideas that may help you to remember the content. Please do not forget to include any charts or other pertinent information. This activity must be a MINIMUM of a full page in your composition book. This should be a reasonable amount, aka no taking up an entire page just to draw a chart, which will NOT suffice.

Example: Dear New Student, An adjective is a word that describes a noun. Both descriptive and possessive adjectives are based off of gender and number. This means that you have to pay close attention to who your subject is. For a girl, many adjectives will change from an –o to an –a. If you a plural number of items or people you will have to add –s if the word ends in a consonant and –es if the word ends in a vowel. If there is a co-ed group of people, you should make the adjective MASCULINE and then PLURAL because Spanish is a masculine based language. Here’s an example: Bonito/a = Pretty Joseph bonitO Jasmine bonitA Jasmine and Joseph – bonitos Sincerely, Your new classmate
