3. Although all circles have the same shape, their sizes are determined by the measures of their radii.
Two or more coplanar circles with the same center are called concentric circles.

4. Two circles are congruent if the have the same radii.
A point is inside (in the interior of) a circle if its distance from the center is less than the radius.

The longest chord of a circle is the diameter.
