2. Apartheid
To understand the ward meaning of apartheid is to process of development of a particular cast or people.
South Africa also a colonial state under the Britain.
For that there are many ‘Black’ people are in that country, they are not to benefited the various project of government.
The ‘white’ skin people get every opportunity by the government, the leader of the ‘Black’ people Dr. Malan against this and establish a movement against Britain.

3. Mahatma Gandhi started his non-violence movement against the apartheid in South Africa.
India has to opposed the apartheid of South Africa in 1946.
Nelson Mandela was greatest man abut the movement against apartheid in South Africa.
27 years he is in prison for that movement and the age of 71 he escape from prison.

4. Latin America or South America
Latin America are not important to area that was also important in political system in international relation.
There are 22 independent country in South America.
Recent some incidents establish the South America in front of World.
For example- movement of Cuba, war of Bolivia,
In those country of South America dependent in nineteenth century.
This political freedom did not get independent to South Amrica.

5. Because in the sector of finance the South America depend on United State of America and North America.
The United State only country to brought the product of Latin America.
The United State import the product from Latin America.
In 1823 ‘Monroe Doctrine’ Establish.

From the United State of America establish his political and financial over lordship over the Latin America.
For that in American president Kennedy declared the ‘Alliance for Progress’
In 1969 president Nixon declared the ‘Action for Progress Programme’.
In those doctrine America captured the world.
After that in president Nixon establish the ‘Doctrine of Equal partnership’ & ‘Doctrine of Anti- Communism’.
