Observed a growth of 24% overall in H-2. Average monthly Sales in H-1 :: Rs lacs. Average monthly Sales in H-2 :: Rs lacs

FSU’s were placed in Feb’17 month. Observed growth gradually in Jan–Feb–Mar i.e vs.2017. Sales in Mar’16 :: Rs lacs vs Mar’17 :: Rs lacs :: 5%

Fabindia :: Recommendations
FSU’s to be placed in the top 75 stores. To increase the MBQ levels in all these stores as per sales trend. Promoters to be placed in all the stores with an average monthly sales of Rs.1.25 lacs. ORGANIC INDIA & Fabindia KRA’s to be aligned to achieve the common goal.
