Service Centers Unemployment rate under 4% Industries: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction, IT Jane – can we have the image of Michigan with our region colored? I’ve seen it on several of our pieces but don’t have the image. Some counties under 3% Unemployment. West Michigan performing at a higher rate than the rest of the state in terms of unemployment rate, population gain Employers desperate for talent.

The street where Al Green grew up – don’t remember what it was  Pockets of double digit unemployment rate 10% of our population over the age of 25 doesn’t have a high school diploma or GED 60% of our community college students have to take remedial courses Racial disparities This is why this work is so important

Adult Ed providers in West Michigan Works! locations West Michigan Works! offering workshops and other services onsite at Adult Ed providers Chad and Charlie – your programs couldn’t be in more different locations – urban vs. rural, size, traffic etc. Great place to talk about those models

Title I & Title II Partners meet monthly Share resources, best practices, information Shared marketing material

8 What’s Working: Adult Education Navigators
Charlie, this was something you mentioned. Not sure if this should just go under IET or if it’s its own thing. And if it’s its own thing, I’m not sure what should go under this.
