Rights based approach: Each class has 4 reps: Relationships (formerly rights) Learning (formerly class) Health (formerly sports) Community (formerly charity) They meet monthly and also share ideas on Google classroom At 7.00 click onto this slide D Innes to welcome award winners and guests Briefly refer to the programme notes and running order Explain format photographs (winners to gather at the end) Thank staff, Avril and those who nominated winners 2

Making a big difference: 2016 – changed uniform, prefect structure and vision statement 2017 – secured sign for school, formed Alliance group 2018 – Allocated budget and used it for blinds and water fountains. Consulted on improvement plan. 2019 – Updated vision statement, contributed to self evaluation and improvement plan. Significant improvements to playgrounds DI to introduce Fiona Lawrence to announce S4 winners DI to introduce Angela Mclennan to announce S5 winners DI to introduce Anne Douglas to announce S6 winners Congratulate all by way of group applause DI to introduce Faculty Heads to announce their nominees: English, Expressive Arts, H&WB, Mathematics, Modern Languages, Science, Social subjects, Technology, Wider achievement, Pupil support Thank faculty heads Again congratulate all with group applause 3

What are we hoping to improve next? Introduce Head Prefect Weronika and her two deputies Claire and Louisa to say a few words Thank prefects and introduce Head Teacher recognition part By recognizing their contribution to the school. Acknowledge winners so far and recognise the S6s and others who will leave after exams Recognise individuals: Gellert Neiszer – outstanding achievement in S4 (Aberdeen Uni) Mia Gracie and Katherine Todd – Outstanding (RGU) Archie Whyte – boxer who prioritized N5 Maths Amy Geddes, Blane Danraj and Christos Bardas – who Raised almost £900 for CLAN Tonight is one of 3 celebration events we have – the others are Sports and Wider Achievement and I want to say a word on each 4
