Why So Risky? Control against the risk of opportunistic and self-interested behaviours, where the investments of one partner lose value because of the way others redeploy their investments Gain from the opportunities presented, sharing, combining or exchanging potentially unique assets, knowledge, resources or capabilities Changes in the “shape” of risk (sources, nature, triggers, scale, rapidity and severity) HR needs to understand all the gameplays that exist!
