Aim: to provide employment training to young people in transition from residential care
Vehicle: Cluster of small social enterprises
Approach: Get the “job ready” / “work ready”
Output: Over 400 young people have received employment training with 63% leaving to positive destinations

6. KibblePlus Established in 2010
Aim: to provide employment training to 18 to 24 yr olds
Vehicle: Four larger social enterprises and associated support services
Approach: Get the “job ready” / “work ready”
Output: 93 young people have received employment training with 43% of first cohort moving into employment
