Disha is a unique model of participative governance where elected reps and district officials togather monitor implementation of various flagship schemes. However, in today’s world, they need access to real time data on schemes in their constituencies for effective monitoring and timely corrective action.

4. Strengthening of DISHA System
State Level DISHA Committees under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister was formed in May 2018 as important and emergent issued noticed during the District Level DISHA committee meetings need to be resolved at the highest level in the State.
DISHA Dashboard aims at creating a data-driven governance solution for elected representatives for planning, monitoring and evaluating multiple parameters of various schemes under DISHA. It will be single source of relevant information to DISHA stakeholders, eventually covering all the 42 identified Programmes and Schemes of the participating Ministries and Departments. Currently, data of 28 Schemes have been integrated for display on Dashboard.
Meeting Management Software - To support the operations of DISHA Committee, facilitate structured and effective meetings, a web portal called ‘DISHA Meeting Management’ (DMM) has been developed.
