Math areas of focus: finding the total of two quantities up to a total of 20, comparing two quantities up to 20 to see which is greater, relating adding 1 or 2 to counting on, introducing standard notation (+ and =) to represent addition situations, visualizing, representing, and solving addition story problems with the result being unknown
Language Arts
Phonics Areas of focus: letter sounds and letter formation. We will have our Unit 1 Fundations test on Friday!
Writing Areas of focus: visualizing, writing from left to right/top to bottom, spacing, rereading writing and relating illustrations to writing
