Improving Communication with Dr.
Make a list before you call for an appointment Tell Dr. office everything you want to see the Dr. about Make additional appointments if necessary Give a copy of your list to the Dr. Take a notepad with you and take notes when the Dr. talks to you. Review your understanding of what the Dr said with the Dr. before you leave (refer to your notes) Make a list of your current medications (What, how much, when, and why) Review your medication list with your Dr. Keep a copy of your medication list with you at all times
