2. Purpose:
The purpose of the AGC Children in the Classroom and on Campus Policy Committee is to review the existing GRCC Policy and make recommendations for improvements.

4. Process:
Team Members reviewed existing document.
Team Members had discussions with colleagues about current document.
Benchmarked our policy with the policy of GVSU (they do not have a policy but are currently in the process of establishing one.

5. Recommendation Under Procedures change
Dean of Student Affairs to Associate Director of Student Conduct and Student Satisfaction Initiative
No other recommendations have been made.

Direct all feedback to
Committee will consider recommendations and make revisions to policy.
Policy will be presented to AGC on February 11, 2014 with any changes.
AGC will vote on Policy, March 11, 2014
