2 Topics of Discussion Expectations for this week Extra Reminders
Material Returns Q & A Time Topics of Discussion

3 Tasks this Week Make contact with Scheduler
Update testing schedule (numbers not needed) on the editable link I sent out earlier this week to include planned makeup days Send updated schedule to all proctors, site admin and hall monitors Reach out to your site contact for last minute communication(sign-in table, make sure the building will be unlocked, etc.) Be prepared for last minute changes and communicate that to your proctors. We like to give time off if possible but testing must be the priority Pre-cache test content Issues? Call the help desk number on all the computer boxes Make sure you can access Pearson Access Next for both ER BOCES and Julesburg/Destinations Tasks this Week

4 SAT test for April 23 aren’t even ordered from College Board until April 11. Once they come in, they will be sent to you You need to fill out the front page of the answer sheet and make sure everything is bubbled in for all absent and opt out students at your site. If you have a pre-id label, it needs to be done. Proctors can help with this but their time is limited Do we need any kind of a meeting each week? I will be in the office during the testing window and can be reached through my cell – At times, it may work best to combine ER BOCES/Destinations students if they are testing the same test at the same time in the same room and just have 1 proctor from each district present. Extra Reminders
