A ballot group was formed with 24 members in the balloting group.
The initial ballot and 3 recirculation ballots have been completed.

1 member, IT’IS, continues to vote negative
The voting in the initial ballot and all recirculation ballots has passed both the majority test and the 2/3 of returned ballots test.
