Noun- names a person, place, or thing
Subject- who or what the sentence is about
Object- a noun that completes the verb’s meaning. There are two kinds of objects: direct objects and indirect object.

The simple subject also tells who or what the sentence is about, but it doesn’t have all of the descriptive words. The simple subject is usually just a single noun.
