CC Prep (Community College Preparatory Academy Adult Training Program Top Four Training Trends
Goal
Increase participants enrollment as required by state’s standard in order to maintain compliance as a training
Program (Caffarella & Daffron, 2013).
Objective
Every month, the program will hold three events at various locations to recruit participants for training program (Caffarella & Daffron, 2013).
Strategy
Recruitment events will take place at malls, metro centers, career fairs, and surrounding neighborhoods. C

Goal
By the end each six week training sessions, CC Prep training program will have 85% of participants ready for internship with an assigned organization.
Objective
CC Prep training program will give all vocational students that have maintained an 80% average on all exams an opportunity to work as an intern in one of the partnership organization (Combs & Davis, 2010).
Strategy
CC Prep training program will contact ongoing organizational partners to set aside dates and times for vocational students that have completed six to eight weeks training session for intern duty (Biech, 2008).

Program will provide sufficient training so participants can successfully pass certification for Auto Mechanics, Microsoft, CompTIA, and Security Plus.
Objective
At the end of the six to eight weeks training session offered by the training program, participants will take the exam for certification
Strategy
CC Prep training program will provide transportation, childcare, and all expenses for certification for the success of their participants.

Program will establish 80% retention in order to remain a Tier 1 training program assigned by state’s standard.
Objective
In the yearly report, CC Prep training program will establish an 85% retention and 80% participant certification to remain Tier 1 program according to state’s standard.
Strategy
Program will create and establish training session along with internship in order to help participants gain sufficient employment in their trained career (Biech, 2008). 4.
