The goals for open house:
To help you understand the work your child will be doing throughout the school year in the Virtual Lab.
To explain my expectations of your child.
To share information about how you can support your child’s learning.

Instructors are certified ~ BVS & FLVS are fully accredited
Difference between BVS & FLVS … BVS teachers live local and are BPS employees. Your child is in class with other Brevard students.

4. Expectations Students will work everyday in the lab.
Students will adhere to Academic Integrity Standards.
Students will complete their course(s) in the time allowed.

Grading Assignments
Grades are available online 24/7/365 on FLVS
Grades and feedback are typically posted within 48 hours.
Feedback provided is detailed.
In most cases, students have up to three (3) chances to submit assignments. (Original + 2 additional for grade improvement.)
Grades will NOT appear on report cards
Grades will transfer and post to transcripts
