Rule of thumb: If training module is available and it’s relevant to work you perform or supervise, then training requirement applies.
Scenario: Worker handles ether in fume cupboard and the solvent ignites. Regulator comes in to investigate. First questions: “Where is the risk assessment, and has the mandated training been undertaken?”

Each worker with card access performing independent work (i.e. not supervised at all times) to fill out one per candidature/ supervisor.
Currently NOT taking local RSC training into account.
