1 shift per day 8:30 to 16:30, Mon-Fri
1 Shift Leader, 1 Study Leader, as many experts as required
Shift leader role assigned to staff from accelerator division
Meetings:
8:30 daily operations meetings
Friday “summary” meetings
Meetings are conducted jointly with installation, testing and commissioning
