8 Homework, spelling, reading...
Reading card: record all reading, children can write in it. We appreciate parents signing to confirm that children are reading at home. Spelling: Set weekly. A mix of words that children are working on in school, words from the tricky word list and words that they are spelling incorrectly in independent writing. Homework: usually a list of tasks that children can select from. Some terms there are weekly tasks rather than a list of task to choose from. Children will need to bring their homework books in each week.

Parents are welcome to join their child. The infant staff bring the children from the infant school and take them back in time for lunch. Early July Rough guide to Noremarsh distributed
