Always a question: Buy or rent? What do we choose?
Example: Fence around the site to protect the people living next to the site
Analysis:
Facts: Need 131 meter fence during building period = 250 days
Buy: 230 RMB / meter
Rent: 1,8 RMB /meter day
If buying: 230 RMB/meter x 131 meters => RMB
If renting: 1,8 RMB / meter-day x 131 meters x 250 days => RMB
We choose to buy the fence………
Question: Can we make it even cheaper getting the fence?
