Kinetics of GFP secretion from CHO cells. CHO cells transiently expressing GFP were starved, metabolically labeled with 35S-methionine and chased for various times as indicated. At each time point, the cell lysate (C) and medium (M) were harvested and immunoprecipitated with anti-GFP antibodies and analyzed by SDS-PAGE followed by fluorography.
