(A) Representative Western blotting analysis for IL1RL1, WAS, NPPA, and TWIST1 expression in the endometrial soluble protein fraction. Peripheral blood mononuclear cell lysate was used as a positive control for IL1RL1 and WAS. Placental soluble protein fraction was used as a positive control for NPPA.
