Install a MMA on all Lync Servers
Enable Agent Proxy on all MMA’s installed on all Lync Servers
Install the Lync Server 2013 core files on all computers that will act a Watcher Nodes for Lync services
Install the following on all on all computers that will act a Watcher Nodes for Lync services:
The full version of .NET Framework 4.5
Windows Identity Foundation
Windows PowerShell 3.0
Install an MMA on all computers that will act a Watcher Nodes for Lync services
Run the Watchernode.msi executable file on each Watcher Node
