What will WE do in our meeting?
Determine the GREATEST area of need for your subgroup Review the SIP and determine what key Processes to use in order to meet our goal Look for ways to measure the effectiveness of key processes that are already in place OR create new process checks. Create actions steps in order to implement the key processes.

Key Process: PLT’s will collaborate and plan differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students in subgroups Measureable Process Check: PLT’s will review and analyze blue diamond data bi-weekly in order to determine effectiveness of instruction
