Project LIFE14 ENV/IT/113 - Demonstration of the suitability of dredged remediated sediments for safe and sustainable horticulture production SICUREZZA ALIMENTARE E QUALITA’_Considerazioni finali I risultati delle analisi dimostrano che le fragole e la lattuga coltivata sui sedimenti non è contaminata A livello della pianta (radici, fusto, foglie) non è stata riscontrata contaminazione I risultati del panel check confermano che non ci sono differenze tra le fragole coltivate sui sedimenti e sulla torba Le fragole hanno proprietà nutraceutiche equiparabili (in alcuni casi maggiore) alla frutta coltivata sul controllo
