Reading: Students will read for different purposes with a focus on biographies this week.
Language: Students will study plural verbs.
Writing: The focus will be over letter writing.
Spelling: endings
Math: Second grade will continue to learn about fractions this week. Assessment – Thursday. Problem solving – daily.
Science: Second graders will continue to learn the characteristics of living things. Assessment – Friday.
Social Studies: Students will study famous Texans. Assessment on Texas Tuesday
