2. Roles of a Board Member
The Board meeting physically once a year for two days normally in Nov. – Dec.
Board hold several conference calls a year as needed.
Board members bring forward any issues raised by membership to determine if they are affecting the majority of our members.
Make yourselves available to the members as needed.

3. Who can Vote One Vote per paid voting member company
During the break see the table at the back of the room to pick up your ballot.
Votes must be turned in by 10 a.m. Feb. 25th to the table at the back of the room.
