Step one: Identify two points that you know for sure are on the line. 4 Step two: Draw in a “slope triangle.” 2 Step three: Identify the base and height of the triangle (from left to right). Step four: Write the dimensions of the triangle in a fraction with the “rise” as the numerator and the “run” as the denominator. = ½
