Technical results driving policy/planning choices – challenges: Fire/dust/natural sources are large Uncontrollable (non-state) sources around (some in) WRAP region Many or most traditional sources are pretty well controlled [ exceptions BART, O&G]

Good (at least not bad) news RHR lays out steady progress over time (60 years) Establish goals, pollutants of interest, identify data to be tracked Leads logically to issues with other pollutants
