Spicy chicken on skewers

Gathering the Materials
½1/2 cup of honey ¼1/4 cup of orange juice 1 envelope Good seasons Italian salad dressing mix 1 tbsp. hot pepper sauce 1-1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut lengthwise into strips 20 wooden skewers, soaked in water at least 30 mins

The Process Mix honey, juice, salad dressing mix, and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl. Reserve ¼1/4 cup of honey mixture; cover; refrigerate until ready to use. Add chicken to remaining honey mixture; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate one hour to marinate. Drain; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cook through—turning and brushing occasionally with ¼ 1/4 cup of honey mixture. Remove from oven and allow to cool!

Serving Save the dressing to pour over broiled chicken!
Allow meat to cool before eating Possible side dishes: 1. some form of potato (baked—wedges—deep fried) 2. Good seasons Spaghetti salad 3. some form of main vegetable—Green Beans for me
