The effects of various fatty acids on the activity of the human ABCA1 promoter in RAW264.7 cells. For experimental details see legend of Fig. 4. After transfection, the cells were incubated with 100 μmol/l EPA, oleic acid (OA), palmitic acid (PA), linoleic acid (LA), arachidonic acid (AraA), or stearic acid (SA) in the presence of 10 μmol/l 22R-HC and 10 g/l BSA for 18 h.
