The DSRIP payment dates for approved August reports have changed to the following:
10/28/13 DSRIP Settlement Date (submit IGT)
11/04/13 DSRIP Payment for Transferring Hospitals
11/18/13 DSRIP Payment for Performing Providers 3

4. October DSRIP Reporting
CMS has delayed the final approval of remaining projects until end of October.
Replacement Projects were submitted to HHSC
First round of revisions sent back to providers
Revisions due 10/31
Replacement projects that get approved will be eligible to report late DY2 achievement beginning in April 2014 (first DY3 reporting period)

CMS is delayed on providing results from the regression analysis
The regions will receive results soon on which projects have been approved for DY4 and DY5
There will be an opportunity to explain / support valuation outliers
