Unadjusted 2-Year Incidence of Mortality Stratified by the SYNTAX Score Unadjusted 2-year cumulative incidence of mortality between patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) stratified according to a SYNTAX score lower (left) or higher (right) than 34. No significant differences in terms of mortality are apparent between PCI and CABG in the subgroup of patients with SYNTAX score ≤34. Conversely, CABG represents the best revascularization option in patients with SYNTAX score >34. Davide Capodanno et al. JCIN 2009;2: American College of Cardiology Foundation
