Problems Sending transcripts

3. Issue: I’ve added colleges to my list in NAVIANCE, but my transcripts haven’t been sent!
Reason: When the colleges were added, the “transcript” box was not checked off.

4. If this affects you, then you’ll see “no request” under the transcript heading.
Solution:
Go to the College tab  “Colleges I’m Applying To”
Click the “request transcripts” link
Check off the boxes next to the colleges under the “Current Applications” heading, then scroll down to hit the “Request Transcripts button.”
