Lincoln University Extension: The Innovative Small Farmers’ Outreach Program (ISFOP) helps underserved small farmers/ranchers to raise the level of efficiency on their farms while taking good care of the soil, water and the environment. Topics range from community gardening to keeping records.
ISFOP also focuses on urban food production and helps limited-resource minority residents (including elderly) get access to fresh, nutritious produce.
