Location Bellarmine Hall, Room 108 Clinic Hours during Academic year Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Summer Clinic Hours Monday-Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm Closed for lunch noon – 1pm Website Staff Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Assistants (MA) All students can utilize the Student Health Center. Enrollment in the student health insurance program is not needed.

3 Primary Care Services provided in the SHC
Physicals volunteer programs, travel, ROTC, program physicals for College of Nursing & Diagnostic ultrasound program Acute Care diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, infections, & minor injuries Sports Medicine treatment of concussions, muscle strains, joint sprains and fractures with referral to specialists as needed Skin Care including treatment of acne, eczema, warts Women's Health pap smears, pregnancy testing/prevention, PCOS, breast concerns Services STD evaluation testing, treatment, counseling, and PrEP Mental Health diagnosis and treatment of anxiety and depression; medication management for other stable mental health conditions; referral to psychiatry as needed Other Immunizations and TB testing

4 SHC Costs $5 administrative fee to see Nurse Practitioner, no other visit fee SHC does not bill insurance except the Aetna Student Insurance plan Additional costs for some in clinic tests, procedures, and immunizations (can provide receipt to submit to insurance)

Something unexpected can happen that doesn’t fall into your out of area emergency access with your insurance plan. A few examples: Rehab Therapy Mental Health care needs Newly diagnosed chronic disease Exacerbation of previously diagnosed health condition Sleep disorders Lupus 15-44 Crohn’s 15-30 MS 20-50 Psoriasis Graves disease of the thyroid
