for Innovation The students and all the teachers working directly with students take part. Contents: they are decided beforehand and they cover from working or improvement suggestions to detection and management of group or individual conflicts.

for Innovation Initial Assembly It is held at the beginning of the course. The work of the assemblies is presented. The training centre regulations are explained. The school timetable and calendar are presented.

Open Professional Collaboration
for Innovation Ordinary Assembly (1/4) Monthly group meetings In each assembly, there are one secretary and two moderators: one teacher and one student. These roles are in turns, so that everybody go through both. The secretary writes the minutes of the assembly. One week before the meeting, both moderators meet with the teachers and the students separately, to agree on the order of the day.

for Innovation Ordinary Assembly (2/4) Later, in another meeting, both moderators agree on the points and put them in order. The order of the day is presented the day before the meeting. The dates are set in the beginning of the school year. This is an example of one ordinary assembly

for Innovation Ordinary Assembly (3/4) Protocol: The secretary fills in the minutes with the date, time, place and attendants to the meeting. The student moderator reads the order of the day, which is written down by the secretary on the minutes. The student moderator reads the first point and the idea promoter explains the question. Once explained, the other students and teachers give their opinion until they reach an agreement, which is written down on the minutes. They go on until they deal with all the points.

for Innovation Ordinary Assembly (3/4) Protocol: Once all have been dealt with, the secretary reads the agreements and the performance plan with the people in charge if necessary. The secretary writes down who the moderators and secretary will be in the next meeting and the time the assembly has finished. The secretary makes a copy of the minutes and it is placed on the notice board in the classroom and in the workshop.

End-of-term/year Assembly
Open Professional Collaboration for Innovation End-of-term/year Assembly It is held in the end of the term or school year Fifteen days before, a climate questionnaire has been delivered to all the people in the centre. Contents: -Feedback of the climate questionnaire results and improvement suggestions. -Evaluation of the term development and improvement suggestions. A minutes is written with all the above.

Extraordinary Assembly (1/3)
Open Professional Collaboration for Innovation Extraordinary Assembly (1/3) It is called specifically at the request of the students or teachers. It is called when conflicts that should be solved as soon as possible arise. They also require the group participation because they are affected or because they should work on the solution.

Extraordinary Assembly (2/3)
Open Professional Collaboration for Innovation Extraordinary Assembly (2/3) First, the teachers identify the conflict, they define it and they determine the participating and affected parties. The teachers explain the situation in the assembly (previously prepared speech ) and they all end settling the situation. Once the situation has been defined, a solution or an agreement is determined, or a new extraordinary assembly is called to work on the case through group dynamics.

Extraordinary Assembly (3/3)
Open Professional Collaboration for Innovation Extraordinary Assembly (3/3) At the end of the process, it is evaluated, as well as the result; in addition, they detail how to follow up, if necessary. This can be done in a new group session or not. Depending on the case, there might also be parallel individual tutelages.
