3. Prepare final submission File to upload to live text
All files must open for viewing and hearing (as needed)
All files must be labeled/titled according to handbook specifications
All files must have an acceptable file type:
Documents: doc, docs, odt, pdf
Video: flv, asf, qt, mov, mpg, mPeg, avi, wmv, mp4, m4v
No zip files

4. Upload Files, Align files, send to submit to edtpa
Log into LIVETEXT Account
Dashboard: edTPA Final Submission (Your Content Area) – Click Begin Assessment
Assignment Details: Optional Resources - Click (National: Your Content Area) 
Assignment Submission: Attachment List – Click Attach
Attach Resources to Assignment: Click Upload for all final edTPA files – Now Attach 
Check your list of attached files as complete collection – Click Send Your Work to edTPA
Align Files to edTPA Tasks & Parts: For each part choose a file (Drop Down Menu) – if it states ‘Choose A File’, a file must be present – if it states, (Optional) it can be blank
Review all aligned files to ensure that titles match
Terms of Service: Click the checkbox to Acknowledge – Enter your edTPA Authorization Key (16 digits)
Click Send to edTPA
Log into edTPA Account at Officially Submit Your Portfolio For Scoring
edTPA Score Report: Forward to Supervisor and Dr. Helton Upon Receiving

5. Field Experience Submissions
Teacher candidate is responsible for loading all documents into field experience
Load documents & surveys to live text field experience before end of placement
*** check to make sure mentor teacher has also completed his/her 3 assignments
before your last day

6. Peer Critique Task 3A, 3B and 3C
Trade work drafts with partner
Read Rubric level progressions (Levels 3, 4, 5) for each Q prompt
Then read the written Commentary response (3A and 3B are supporting evidence)
Feedback: What did the writer do well? What is missing? What is unclear?

7. Mid semester seminar ***** Forward a copy of your score report to your
supervisor and dr. Helton or Dr. Hitchcock
