OEL – Agency Update EFS Modernization Project Update Staffing Changes Hired 3 positions (2 BA, 1 QA) with 2 more positions being created. Production Support Resolved over 5,000 tickets since March 25, 2019. Conducted 40+ on-site visits and webinars. Upcoming: OEL IT Support Portal launch. Releases Deployed nine releases since March 25, 2019. Upcoming planned releases: R4.1.4 and R4.2.
