2. Before we get to Graduation:
All financial obligations must be paid by: May 24th!
Recovery must be completed
Classes must be passed
All textbooks must be turned in
If you opted in for a chromebook, these must be returned.
Update Naviance with your post high school plans (college, career, etc.) and final transcript requests

**We only have 90 minutes to rehearse!**
Seniors Arrive by 3:45pm
Bring student IDs
No parents allowed in the building
No bags - only bring yourself!
No food or drink
Parking: front entrance
Upon Arrival: wait until you are instructed to move to tunnels

5. Rehearsal
When we are allowed in the building we will report to the the tunnels:
Teachers will be directing you to your tunnel.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR LINE (A OR B).

7. Rehearsal In the tunnels…
Find your homeroom sign and line up alphabetically (according to the number on your index card)
Processing in…
Follow your Junior Marshal/Teacher to your designated row (you will see your homeroom name taped to the chair)
If you have a pink chair located on your row...please be aware these are reserved for specific individuals (homeroom teachers please see your packet of information)

13. Graduation Expectations
Behavior
Be respectful and quiet!
NO CELL PHONE USE
No gum chewing
Dress
Males: dark dress slacks, dress shirt and tie, dark dress shoes
Females: dress/skirt and dress shoes (something you feel comfortable walking in!). You will not be allowed to carry a purse in.
All: no tennis shoes!
DO NOT ALTER/DECORATE CAP IN ANYWAY - you will not be allowed to walk

14. Walking across the stage
The following will result in being escorted out of the graduation site and not receiving your diploma on graduation day:
Dancing/ flips/ hand signals
Running
Shake hands, move along!

15. Recessing
We will all recess out of tunnel A - you will walk out of your row the way you came in and all exit out of tunnel A , out of the building, to get your diplomas.

No bags - only bring yourself!
Parking: front entrance - overflow at Park Expo
Upon Arrival:
Report directly to your space in the tunnel and get in alphabetical order

18. Parents and Guests Please remind all guests
Limit cheers so every graduate’s name is heard
Remain seated during the entire ceremony
The following items are not allowed in the venue
Flowers, duffel bags, backpacks, gifts, balloons, air horns, noise makers, signs, banners

19. Cap and Gowns Begin with tassle on the right.
You may not alter your cap in any way!
You will receive your medallion to wear when you are in line on graduation day!
