Work motivation is a force that drives people to behave in a way that it: Energizes, which results in the expenditure of effort Directs effort or behavior in a particular way or channels it toward a particular object or place (i.e., must have direction or purpose) & Sustains effort over a given period of time

Using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory, brainstorm different actions that could motivate your employees at at each level of the hierarchy
