EPA was concluded between Indonesia and Japan and between Philippines and Japan while there is no agreement by trade unions in those countries.
Communication and cooperation are very urgent problem among unions.

PSI affiliates and potential unions in three countries which have members of health and care workers
NC in each country
NGOs who are supporting those workers in each country

Collecting information and identify problems
Organizing those workers
Set up networking among all stakeholders
