7 Direct Hire Pricing & Guarantee
Business terms Direct Hire Pricing and Guarantee Direct Hire Pricing & Guarantee Pricing Fee Percentage of employee’s first-year annual salary XX% Guarantee If client notifies Accounting Principals that associate is unsatisfactory within 90 days of assignment, Accounting Principals will replace associate and refund billing hours worked by unsatisfactory associate, up to 90 days.
