Big improvements have been made in increasing employee H&S awareness & training, putting in place company-wide strategic H&S incident programmes and initiatives (‘…’ Zero ‘…’), increased compliance enforcement, increased sanctions for non-compliance …
…. but the fatal and non-fatal injuries trends in recent years remain stubbornly flat
Only a significant transformation of how H&S risk is proactively monitored and mitigated will change this
