4. Google Slides

5. There is more than one way to create Slides
In Drive
Click on +New
Click on the > by Slides
Blank or Template
Click on the “waffle” (Google Apps tool)
Click on Slides
Blank, Template, or previously created

6. Add & Delete Slides There are multiple ways to add slides
Click on Slide then New slide
Click on the + sign under File
Click on the tiny triangle next to the + sign and click on the slide you want
Right click inside the slides on the left and click New slide
There are two ways to delete slides
Click on Slide then Delete slide
Right click on a slide then click Delete

7. View & Organize slides Change the view by clicking on
in the lower left corner
Easily organize Slides by left clicking on a slide then dragging the slide to the correct position
Click on Slide then Duplicate to copy a slide OR
Right click on a slide then click on Duplicate OR

8. Insert images, Video, diagrams, Etc.
Click on Insert
Images (computer, web, Drive, Google Photos, URL, camera roll)
Video (only YouTube or Drive)
Charts
Diagrams
Word Art, Lines, Shapes
Tables
Special Characters
Animations
Slide Numbers

9. Create a Q & A Session
Click on Present
Click on Q & A in Presenter Tools (lower left corner)
Click Start new
Minimize Presenter View (if necessary)
Click On to slide to off when done

10. Q & A Session History
Click on Tools
Click on Q&A history
You will see the date & time of every Q & A Session as well as all of the questions & comments
